I'm on my second watching. I immediately got the social strata differences from the initial city scene. I think it was Confucius who said when asked what he was troubled by said, "i am troubled purple has become more popular than vermillion". Apparently a not so subtle dig at the recently taken over leadership. Art has always had a way with veiled revelations. I like this one a lot.
